Orders and payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Bay Custom Embroidery.
• Payment terms and any deposit requirements are provided before work begins.
• An order confirmation is provided once your order is accepted.

Artwork and design approval

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs before production starts.
• Customers must have the right to use any submitted logos, designs, or images.
• Bay Custom Embroidery is not responsible for intellectual property infringement caused by customer-submitted artwork.

Turnaround, quality, and confidentiality

• Estimated turnaround times are shared at order confirmation and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Products are inspected before delivery, and identified defects will be addressed promptly.
• Customer information and designs are treated as confidential and used only to provide the agreed services.
