Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.

Bay Custom Embroidery is not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been shipped.

Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Customer unavailable for delivery
Carrier delivery problems
Package theft after delivery

We may help with carrier claim information, but final carrier claim decisions depend on the shipping provider.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available when approved by Bay Custom Embroidery.

Pickup details must be confirmed before the order is completed.
